The Upper Sky River Table

This red cedar wood slab from the PNW is inscribed with patterns of the Skykomish river watershed. The design was inspired by the central role the river plays as the heart of the Upper Sky Valley. The LED animation represents five years’ worth of river level data, collected at Gold Bar. I played a lead concept development and project management role for this project, and programmed the LEDs.
